Homemade Jam Tart Recipe
If it was a holiday in your childhood when a jam was put in front of you for a second course after a hearty soup, you can bring that mood back now. The leavened dough is real if all its ingredients are at room temperature, so take the eggs out of the fridge a few hours before cooking, and do not drip the melted butter hot.

Homemade Jam Tart Recipe Preparation
To prepare Jam Tart, Lighten the milk, add two teaspoons of sugar, crumble the yeast and run it up. Melt the butter and allow it to cool. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the remaining sugar, eggs, salt, and yeast milk, and work together. When it has roughly teamed up, add the melted butter as well. Knead until it separates from the wall of the pot, sprinkle the top with a little flour, and cover and rest for a quarter of an hour. Then knead the board a little, flour the top again, cover, and leave for another half hour. When it rises, provide a rectangle of it on a floured board.
Cut into equal squares, place Jam Tart in the middle of each, and roll them up like stuffed cabbage. Melt the butter for lubrication. Apply a portion of the bottom of the baking tray, place the shaped rolls tightly next to each other, smear with the remaining butter and cover again for another half hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and fry them red for 30-35 minutes after the rest period has elapsed. When serving, you can sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
